The opportunity for you…

We are searching for a fashion forward, highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordintor based in our head office located in Burnaby, B.C.

You will be responsible for…

  • Creating and managing a monthly social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and WordPress
  • Managing and connecting with Stylists/Bloggers/Influencers for collaborations
  • Managing contesting and promotions to help increase social followers
  • Writing new blog posts and manage blog projects assigned to others in the Marketing department
  • Research and make recommendations based on media-related industry trends
  • Identify and isolate key performance indicators for consideration of future initiatives or projects
  • Assists with all customer inquiries that arrive through Press Inbox and Social Media Channels
  • Manage and write weekly internal all employee newsletter

What you offer…

  • Completion of a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, or related creative field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience related to social media or marketing
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills
  • Understanding of paid media for social content and Facebook ads
  • Intermediate skills in, but not limited to, SEO, Google Analytics, SEM and social impressions
  • Proficiencies with Microsoft Office and Macs
  • Experience in HTML and Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) considered an asset
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and industry influencers considered an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver against immediate deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a resourcefulness and can-do attitude
  • An aptitude for staying up-to-date and utilizing current and emerging social media technologies, features and best practices
  • Interest in beauty and fashion is a must

We are searching for a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator based in our head office and manufacturing plant located in Burnaby, B.C.

You will be responsible for…

  • Creating all purchase orders based on instructions from the Director of Supply Chain
  • Ensuring every purchase order is confirmed by the vendor including pricing, delivery timing and terms
  • Creating and distributing the weekly open purchase order report; following up on late and partial orders and ensuring Syspro is up to date
  • Maintaining the database to ensure that all Vendor contact information is current
  • Checking on product allocated to the production batching and filling schedules to ensure all materials are available
  • Managing label and shipper quote system and logging all freight bills

What you offer…

  • A diploma or certificate in materials management (eg: PMAC CPP Diploma)
  • 2 to 3 years of administrative experience such as accounting or A/P clerk and customer service background
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to execute accurate and precise data
  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and constantly improve systems
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal

We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Production/Line Worker based in our head office and manufacturing plant located in Burnaby, B.C.

You will be responsible for…

  • Assisting in the production line by setting up hose and pump for transfers, cap applicators, turntables and conveyors
  • Packaging AG products by assembling products in boxes, counting totals of packaged product, loading bottles for filling and delivering finished products to shipping area
  • Maintaining Quality Control Standards by inspecting packaging materials, sorting and cleaning defective bottles, adjusting machines as necessary
  • Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness and keeping work areas free of debris and water
  • Maintaining safety policies and requirements by following work safety procedures at all times

What you offer…

  • Completion of high school diploma
  • Ability to work independently and have good attention to detail
  • Good mathematical and organizational skills with basic computer skills
  • You must be of physical shape sufficient to carry out the responsibilities of the position including bending and lifting weights with an estimated range of, but not limited to 5lbs to 50 lbs
