  1. Do I have to make a purchase when I sign up for the S/X Club?

Your choice.  All of our favourite AG Stylists are welcome to register, and the choice is yours whether you proceed with that month’s special promotional offer.  If you decline, maybe next month’s offer will be a must have.

  1. Can I redeem for more than one offer?

No – Monthly Stylist offers are so sweet they are limited to 1 per month per stylist.

  1. How will my purchase ship?

Your online order will ship with your salon’s next order

  1. When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 5-business days.  You will receive an email confirmation on your order.

  1. I made an error on my order, who can I contact to make a change?

Please call AG’s Customer Services Team at 1.866.924.4247 and mention you are a S/X Club Member.

  1. Do you keep my credit card on file?

No, To ensure your privacy and security AG hair will not keep your credit card on file.

  1. Can I enroll in the S/X Club if I am a salon owner?

Only salon owners that are also active stylists may register for the S/X Club.

  1. Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

No, all promotional purchases are final sales.
